Avantor was formed in August 2010 when New Mountain Capital purchased it from Covidien Inc.; however, the company has been in existence for more than 100 years.

Electronic Materials: Avantor’s process solutions enable the continued evolution of smaller, lighter, faster and more efficient electronics. Our product innovation process focuses on semiconductors, LED and flat-panel displays.
In India, Avantor headquarters are based at DLF Cyber city – Gurgaon and the organization presently employs about 500 employees and growing. We have 5 offices across India, 2 R&D facilities, 2 manufacturing facilities at Panoli ( Gujarat ) and Dehradun ( Uttarakhand ) respectively.
