In the year 2003, Bhaskay Power Constructions (BPC) started, as a subcontractor to M/s Larsen & Toubro Saudi Arabia LLC. (LTSA), its First Project with Saudi Electricity Company, Eastern Operation Area (EOA Dammam) for their 230/115KV Juaymah B.S.P (Bulk Supply Point) Project Substation Project, The main objective of this BSP was to cater to the bulk requirement of power for ARAMCOs Gas Oil Separation Plants - GOSP I,II,III.
Best Power Construction is an LLC (BPC- Oman) which got registered in Oman in Nov 2008. How ever, it has its roots in the parent company Bhaskay Power Construction based in Chennai, India, [ also known as BPC.]

Our project teams comprise of engineers and field staff with relevant proven experience. BPC is committed to safety, quality, productivity and environmental protection in our execution. We operate in accordance with the International Standards and work practices. BPC started its operation with a team of 75 Skilled workmen and 5 dedicated Engineers. During the past 6 years it has grown to a strength of more than 500, duly complemented by a team of qualified Engineers & Field Staff and has successfully handled about 60 jobs in various GCC Countries and India.

Presently, the scope of work served by us covers Installation, Testing & Commissioning of G.I.S Substations (up to 400KV), Outdoor switch yards up to 400KV, EHV, MV & LV Cabling, Transmission lines and Industrial Electrification. In addition we have the capability to do the Electrical Installation for core industries like steel, cement and petro-chemicals plants.
