In 250 Gm. of Arhar Dal, add1tsp. Of salt haldi then, Boil it adding required water.After Boiling mix 250 gm green, cut vegitable, 4tsp. Chaubejee Sambhar Masala, 100 gm. of tamarind extract and let cook it for 10 minutes. Fry 1tsp. Rai or Sarsons Kari Patta and 4 dried full. RED Chillies in 2 spoon Ghee, and mix in to cooked Dal. Adorn it with little green coriander Leaves and green chillies, and serve hot with Idly or Bara, Dosa.
