Full electronic Laser Crack-off, Grinding and Bevelling machine, with 12 stations and 36 spindles.Its electronic control system is capable of managing each spindle independently and reconfiguring each work station, making it possible to reprogram the machine's work cycle to fit production line needs.Upper section Made up of a rotor and a fixed part.The fixed part houses the chuck rotation motors, the spindle linear actuators and the pneumatic pistons for opening and closing the chucks.The rotor, driven by a geneva wheel indexing mechanism, houses 36 spindles that transport the glassware items, rotating them when necessary. When an item reaches the grinding and bevelling station, the spindle makes a rapid forward movement and then an approach movement to bring the item to the work station, each movement being controlled by a CNC axis.When required, each motor, actuator and pneumatic cylinder can either be cut out or set to work independently.Lower section In this section, the work stations are mounted on a platform on slide fittings for quick replacement.The stations are normally arranged in the following order:loadingcheckinglaser cuttingconditioningcoolingcheckinggrindingbevellingwashingunloadingLaser unit The cutting is performed by 3 C02-type laser units, with the height, angle and focal length of the units controlled by the control system.
