MATERIAL: The steel wire is drawn from carbon steel wire rods having following chemical compositions SIZE RANGE: Min. 0.90 MM, Max. 5.00 MM COIL SPECIFICATIONS: Element Percentage composition Carbon 0.55 max. Magnese 0.40 to 1.10 Phosphorus 0.05 max. Sulphur 0.05 max. Silicon 0.15 to 0.35 Construction : 7 strand (6+1) All steel strands are smooth, uniform and free from all perfections, such as spills and splits, dia-marks, scratches, abrasian and /cents after drawing and also after stranding. Size Range : 7/1.60 to 7/4.00mm Tensile designation (N/mm2): 981, 1100, 1300 Reference specification : IS:12776; BS:183 PACKING : The material is suitably packed before dispatch in Stray Non-returnable wooden drum or as per customer s requirement.
