Soak The Marinated Chicken For Atleast 6 To 8 Hours For Better Taste And For Better Result. For 1 Kg Chicken Apply 100 To 120gms Nimmis Masala. 1 Kg Of Nimmis Masala Can Marinate Nearly 10 Birds (small). Add Mirchi Powder And Salt (if Necessary) If Not Apply Directly To The Chicken. Before Cooking Chicken Should Come To Normal Temperature. Pre-heat The Rotassarie At 1000 Degrees For About 10 Mins And Then Put The Chicken In Rottassaire Cook About 20 Mins At 150 Degrees.
