Built for capacities up to 50 Ton, the design offers extremely rugged construction, easy maintainability, negligible stray heating due to extensive magnetic shielding, high degree of safety due to optimum grading of electrical insulations, optional accessories such as Protective Net Guards, Closed Capture Fume Hoods, Stationary Fume Suction Rings with Swivelling Lid, Quick Lining Removal Mechanism etc. The coil and the magnetic shields are designed using latest Electro-magnetic Software Programs. The result is optimum impedance matching with the Power Source and faster melting rates even with loose initial charges, besides high energy efficiency. The Structural Designs are based on FEM Software Programs, which consider both Static and Dynamic load of the charge as well as the crucible, besides accounting for the three dimensional electro-magnetic forces.
