Vegetables and noodles make a meal by itself. Preparation time: 10 minutes Cooking time: 5 minutes Serves: 6 Ingredients 3 teacups boiled noodles teaspoon chow mix masala 3 teaspoons chopped garlic 2 tablespoons oil 3 to 4 red chillies, broken into pieces 2 teaspoons chilli oil 1capsicum finely sliced salt to taste 1teacup chopped spring onions How to Cook Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan on a high flame. Add garlic and red chillies and stir fry over flame for few seconds. Add cabbage, capsicum, spring onions and chow mix masala and cook on a high flame for 2 minutes. Add the noodles, chilli oil and salt. Mix well and cook for a minute. Serve Hot.
