1-Take some semi boiled cauliflower florets into a bowl. 2-empty the entire mix into the bowl and add just enough water to make a thick paste, and marinate for 15 minutes. 3-in the meantime dissolve 2 TSP of cornflour in 1 cup water. 4-deep fry the marinated cauliflower florets in oil till light brown and keep aside. 5-take some oil in a pan, add bits of garlic, ginger and stir fry for sometime, add 2 TSP soya sauce and 2tbs tomato sauce. 6-add the fried cauliflower florets and cook by adding the dissolved cornflour till gravy is thick. Serve the goana gobi manchurian with bread, roti, or fried rice .
