iPay 5.0 provides a complete payroll management solution for an organization. ipay 5.0 is used in automating and providing timely accurate payroll processing for different types of employees in the organization. Employee Maintenance Facility to record Day Shift-Wise Attendance, including Overtime (OT) attendance Employee History reports are provided giving detailed information on Payslips, OT, Attendance, Increments, Advances, Refundables, Gifts, Expenses, etc., Employee Increment handling is considerably automated simplifying Employee pay hikes. Provision to maintain the Employee's Image. Attendance Creating Employee Masters with detailed Employee Information maintenance Functionality to handle all operations for different types of Employees like Staffs, Labours, etc., User-defined Attendance settings can be maintained for recording the Attendance. All possible Attendance statements are provided including OT attendance reports with special reports like Employee Continuous Attendance Employee Consistency Attendance statements. Salary Slips Creating Salary Heads, Wage Structures, etc., Salary Head values in the Payslips can be derived from user-defined formulae. For any Salary Head the user can specify a formula if required, which will be applied in the Payslips.
