This solution typically contains high concentrations of potassium and magnesium to stop the heart, along with other components like procaine for muscle protection.
Sacubitril/valsartan, is a fixed-dose combination medication for use in heart failure. It consists of the neprilysin inhibitor Sacubitril and an angiotensin receptor Valsartan. The combination is sometimes described as an "angiotensin receptor-neprilysin inhibitor" (ARNi).

Added to that, acoustic quantification and colour kinesis help to overcome many limitations and add to the accuracy of diagnosis. Bedside intra operative echo, colour Doppler and TEE are also available.We also use a computerized cardiac stress test machine, (with advanced touch screen technology) to perform accurate and reproducible exercises testing for patients with coronary artery disease.In addition to this, the department is also equipped with the sophisticated Zymed Holter monitoring system, which is used for diagnosis of all kinds of cardiac arrhythmias.
