Dream Land was the materialization of the idea of a nature loving farmer named George Manjirickal. He was avid in planting varieties of spices, herbal and medicinal plants. He grew up a unique tree – rose wood is an attraction for the visitor. There are a dozen of them, of which some are 200 years old. That is a worth for a nature lover. Above all these small wonder, “here we have the DREAM LAND! It’s uniqueness is the TREE HOUSE ! There are not the monkeys staying on the tree branches. There is comfortable room built 40 feet high up in the rose wood tree. From there, a visitor sees the out of the world view of the hills and valleys of 25 kilometer area radius.

Different kinds of birds; myna, parrot, quail fly around, sing their songs. A place of sight and sound to be enjoyed, just from nature and with the nature. A stream flow through the plantation is a wonder to the tourists. Bamboo roofed waiting room is made in the ancient keraliate architecture.
