Incorporated in 1996, as a small Knitting unit, its chief operations then, were the manufacture and eventual sale of‘’Greige’’ fabric only. From 2002, the company expanded vertically to manufacture Polar Fleece™ fabric, a soft, lustrous napped fabric made from 100% Microfiber (Polyester).

Polar Fleece™ Fabric being a close substitute of wool is typically used as winter wear.Popularly sold in the market as Azure Fleece®, currently, we are India’s biggest
manufacturers of Polar Fleece™ with installed capacity of 100 tons / month completely integrated from Knitting to the Final Finishing of the same. Since all the raw
materials used (yarn, dyes, and auxiliaries) are Oeko-tex 100 approved, Azo-free and environment friendly, we’ve been awarded the ISO 9001: 2008 certificate for our
Product Quality Management system.

Our manufacturing processes are completely automated with minimal manual intervention to ensure product consistency & quality. We’ve also been awarded the ISO
14001: 2004 certification for being an Environment friendly company & OHSAS 18001:2007 certification for preventive measures taken to ensure the safety of our
employees.

BRIEF OVERVIEW OF OUR PRODUCTS :

• Our Azure Polar Fleece® finds usage in a broad range of sectors, viz. Thermal Wear as Winter Jackets / Balaclavas / Hoodies /Blankets, Baby Garments, Baby

• Bed Protectors , in Personal Protective Equipments (PPE), Aprons for Chefs in the Hospitality sector, Mattress covers, and as Linings for Water Proof suits.
• Some of the properties of our Azure Fleece® are to provide warmth to the wearer in harsh weathers without addition of any weight, very unlike woolen garments. As it is a breathable fabric, no form of discomfort is felt.
•  Being hydrophobic, it retains less than 1% its weight in water.

•  Made from 100% Micro fiber, it is, very soft and lustrous, easily wearable next to the skin.

• Our Bright Velour fabric is used either as Seat covers in the automotive sector or as curtains in the Home furnishing sector. Velour fabric is very rich in luster

(Shine) & velvet in its appearance and thereby provides very good aesthetic value.

•  Our Terry fabric, made from either 80% Cotton: 20% Polyester blend or 100% Cotton is used in the Hospitality segment as Mattress Protectors, and as bath wet area mats,wherein our material is bonded with Rubber mats on the backside, to separate the dry & wet sections in bathroom.

• Since early 2009, we’ve forayed into the Technical Textiles business in a big way. Currently we offer ten different Performance Finishes / Functional finishes on both synthetic and cellulosic fibers. The finishes can be incorporated on a broad range of material, from either our own Polar Fleece™, to 100% Cotton

       (Knits and Woven), 100% Polyester (Knits), Polyester – Viscose blend, Acrylic cotton blends (Knits), Poly-cot blends, on Mélange fabric.
