Our team of experts supervises the quality of products on all levels, i.e. from the procurement of raw materials to the final stage of production. Before the delivery of products, we do random inspection by ourselves in order to maintain the quality standards.
Payment Terms
  • Distributorship:


    Any company/person who fulfil following conditions can become our distributor

     

    • Should be located big city/district level.
    • Should have minimum storage space of 500 sq. ft.
    • Good marketing skills with positive thinking.
    • Able to invest Rs 2-5 Lacs

     

    Other Terms:


    • Distributor has to buy initially all type of products and have to Deposit Rs 2 lacs. as security.
    • He has to maintain stock, at least 1 bulk packing of each item.
    • Annual sales should be targeted Rs 10 lacs.

     

    Ordering/ Payment Terms/ Delivery


    • Distributors will be provided samples of all products and have to order at least 1 bulk packing of the items, which he seems to be selling in his market
    • 100% Advance Payment should be accompanied with order as Demand Draft/ Cheque or to be deposited to our bank accounts.
    • Goods will be dispatched by transport within in 15-25 days as per availability.
    • Transportations charges from Factory to distributors godown will be borne by distributors.
    • Payments cheques should be made within 30 days from the date of bill, after that an interest of 18 % annual will be charged.
    • If payment is not made within 30 days, the order will be treated as cancelled and goods will be re-booked for factory and advance will be forfeited and distributorship will be cancelled.

     

    After Sale Service /Advertising/ Incentives

     

    • If any goods/material found defective, distributors can change it within months of the date of bill
    • No other type exchange/return will be allowed.
    • Will be provided advertising materials such as banners, catalogues, pamphlets, newspaper advertising etc as per requirements time to time.
    • Special incentives /target based schemes will be offered time-time.
    • As and when tenders for our products are open, Tenders Informations will be provided to our distributors.

     

    Dealership


    Any company/shopkeeper who fulfil following conditions can become our distributor

     

    • Should be located in city/town.
    • Should have a retails shop with minimum space of 200 sq. ft.
    • Good selling skills with positive thinking.
    • Able to invest Rs 50 thousands to 2 Lacs

     

    Other Terms:


    • Dealer has to buy initially all type of products and he has to deposit Rs 50 thousands as security.
    • He has to maintain stock, at least 10 pcs each item.
    • Annual sales should be targeted Rs 2 lacs.

     

    Ordering/ Payment Terms/ Delivery


    • Dealer can see samples of all products and have to order at least 20 pcs of the items, which he seems to be selling in his market
    • 100% advance Payment should be accompanied with order as Demand Draft/Cheuqe or to be deposited to our bank accounts.
    • Goods will be dispatched by transport within in 15-25 days as per availability.
    • Payment should be made clear within 30 days from the date of bill, after that an interest of 18 % annual will be charged.
