Modules in CEMR:
1. PATIENT DATA MANAGEMENT
Our Patient Registration Module contains both the required (Demographic) and the Special fields (Classification) which helps the users to better handle the patients. Patient registration can happen in a swift with photograph and finger print scan (allows the advance search functionality). Captured patient photos can be displayed on the consultation modules.
2. APPOINTMENT MODULE
Our appointment module gives you a simple and flexible platform to view, create and modify appointments with multicolor coding, drag drop facility and auto status update features.
Users can select Month wise, Week Wise, Day wise views based on their needs.
Time slots can be modified (5 min to 30 mins) to suit your individual / Multiple Consultants schedules.
3. CONSULTATION MODULE
Users can record their clinic notes using a combination of pre-defined templates drop down lists; Body Parts and Charts are also available. Upload an image of your own or use the existing module and utilize various drawing tools as desired to interpret a better outcome from the image enter a diagnosis summary, outcome and more.
Previous Medication history can be viewed in the same Consultation module. Integration of Digital Pen and Electronic Prescription is another advantage that you enjoy in our consultation module.
The ability to combine the usability of a traditional pen with a computer's ability to store, share and manage this information provides CEMR users with unique and unrivalled benefits in terms of cost, accountability, accuracy and efficiency.
Using the digital pen technology consultants can write medicines which can be printed out in the reception if not using our Master Date list the end users can preload the frequently used medicines which can be later selected from the drop down menu.
4. BILLING MODULE
Our billing system can quickly and accurately generate invoices and reports for printing and saving.
To save on printing costs invoices and reports can be emailed from our CEMR Billing interface directly to your clients and third parties.
Invoices and reports are customizable to include specific fields or information suited to your practice.
