World-Class Manufacturing Facility

One of the reasons Into Wellness is trusted by countless customers is the quality equipment that we produce in our world-class manufacturing facility in Chakan, Pune. Our factory is situated close to some of the biggest companies in the world, including Mercedes, Volkswagen, Hyundai, Bajaj Auto and L’Oreal. We use the most advanced technology and techniques to manufacture our fitness equipment.

The majority of the production process in our facility is system driven with a high level of automation. This is a huge advantage as it helps in reducing errors and wastage. Our workforce is made up of a team of highly skilled and efficient professionals. This,in combination with Systems & Processes that are benchmarked to Toyota Production System (TPS), ensures that we achieve consistent quality in each piece of equipment that is manufactured. It also plays a key role in helping us achieve our goal of “Zero Product & Process Defects.”

Our laser cutting machines are highly advanced – Three Dimensional Tube Laser Cutting Machine and Plate Laser Cutting Machine. With this laser cutting technology from Switzerland, we are able to produce equipment exactly as designed.

At our manufacturing facility, we use CNC pipe bending machine with German hydraulics from Bosch. With this machine’s help, we are able to achieve perfect tube bends, which in turn ensures accurate arcs and angles. We have highly sophisticated Jigs and Fixtures to guarantee accuracy and consistency in all our products. Whether it is the first or the 100th, each product will be the same in biomechanics and quality.

Apart from these, the Into Wellness manufacturing facility in Pune uses top-notch and advanced machinery and processes such as Shot Blasting Machines and a Power Coating Plant, which is 400 meters long, completely automated, and comes with a burner from the United Kingdom (UK). Our product assembly line is highly organized and we make sure that detailed quality testing is conducted before packing and dispatch is done.

Manufacturing audits are conducted by Realleader USA on a regular basis. We follow detailed quality inspection checklists and Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI) checklists to make sure that our customers receive nothing less than the perfect product.

Our manufacturing facility is a green factory that follows environmentally sustainable manufacturing to reduce our carbon footprint. We have a 100KW solar power plant and a rain water harvesting system to use in the manufacturing process. Last but not least, we follow the highest standards in safety and shop floor hygiene to ensure our employees’ safety and security at all times.
