Considering this, Maverick Global Group introduced itself in the real estate sector with the name of Maverick Global Projects. The objective with which the group entered this domain was to create housing that creates an inspiration. Sticking to this idea, we came up with our flagship project Arihant Arcade in Bellary. At present, we are operating in Bangalore and Bellary. In the near future, we aim to come up with residential developments in Bellary, Bangalore and the surroundings areas.

Maverick Global Projects was founded few years back to contribute to the scenario of housing. The company was founded by Mr. Ankith Jain, who started his journey at an early stage of life. This real estate company is one of the progressive ventures initiated by him. While Mr. Jain introduced the group in the real estate venture, his vision was to offer best in terms of amenities and quality of living in every project. His aim to get into this vertical was to create the best housing solutions falling in the budgets of varied income groups.
