The Historical journey of the Company began in the year 1960 when Late Shri Pyare Lal Pathak founded PATHAK INDUSTRIES at 117 G T ROAD SALKIA, HOWRAH (WEST BENGAL).

The year 1979 was another landmark year when Mr. Tarsem Lal Pathak was appointed the founding director of Pathak Machine Tools, he took the business to new heights and is responsible for the company's current form.

In the year year 2012 Pathak Group Separated & Mr T.L PATHAK formed his Own group of companies (at SALKIA ,HOWRAH) and started afresh from the same place from where it had all begun with the same founding principles but with a new zeal & a new target.

In 2014 TL PATHAK GROUP opened a new State of the Art multi Storied Showroom at N.H 6 BOMBAY ROAD with a stock of more that 500 Machines duly inspected and tried ready to be rolled out to clients.
