These consist of the following parts:

• Hydrostatic transmission consisting of epicyclic gear reducer made by "ZF" (Germany)/ Sugar (Italy)
• A high-pressure variable displacement axial piston type pump & motor, oil cooler, a set of hosepipe
• Charging hopper, discharge chute in 3 sections
• Water tank of adequate capacity with accessories. Anti sleep extension ladder

• Hydrostatic power is transmitted by a high pressure axial piston type and motor which permits infinite varying drum speed from 0 to 14 RPM in both directions
• Efficient hydrostatic drives ensuring low fuel consumption
• Long troubles free working life due to close-loop hydraulic circuit
• Micron filtration system ensuring hydraulic pump & motor's better protection
• Lower center of gravity, hence, better stability of vehicle
• Mixer drum is machined to achieve concentrically & smooth wobbles free rotation
• Mixing drum has & spiral are made of high tensile strength steel or MS plate
• The drum has double spiral type mixing blade, which ensures efficient mixing without segregation and smooth flow of concrete while discharging
• The control of pump for varying the flow like change in speed & direction of rotation of drum, is made by cable fitted on pump, which is operated by a control block, placed at discharge end
• Chassis made from heavy\duty channel section with proper supports a load points
• Stiffing cone in the dishing of the drum for additional stability & wear protection
• The drum is supported on a set of twin taper roller bearing fitted roller assembly. The roller are made from alloy steel duly hardened
