Ingredients : Cumin, Red Chilli, Bay Leaf, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Coriander, Clove, Dry Ginger, Fennel Seed, Caraway, Clove Leaf, Nutmeg, Star Anise, Cardamom, Mace, Black Cardamom. Garam Masala Garam Masala must be added with veg. or non veg. curry, dry veg dishes, daals, shahi paneer, mattar paneer, soyabean etc. Fry onion or heeing - jeera then add 1 tsp Garam Masala, with some water, mix well with 1/2 kg. dish, & add tomato & other ingredients. Application of Garam Masala gives an authentic aroma and flavour to the dish.
