Composition
Each vial contains:
 

Meropenem (Sterile): Equivalent to 1000 mg of Anhydrous Meropenem

Sulbactam Sodium: Equivalent to 500 mg of Sulbactam

Sodium Carbonate IP: Sodium 90.2 mg

Indications
ISPENEM-SB Injection is used for:

Treatment of bacterial infections: Meropenem is a broad-spectrum antibiotic effective against a variety of bacterial infections.

In combination with Sulbactam: To enhance the efficacy of Meropenem against beta-lactamase producing bacteria.

Dosage & Administration

Dosage: As directed by the physician based on the severity of the infection.

Administration: Reconstitute the powder with sterile water for injection. The reconstituted solution should be used for intravenous (I.V.) infusion.

Route of Administration: For I.V. use only.

Storage Instructions

Store below 25°C.

Protect from moisture and light.

Keep out of reach of children.

This vial is not a multi-dose container. Use immediately after reconstitution.
