Ambroxol, terbutaline, and guaifenesin syrup is primarily used to treat a productive cough (chesty cough) associated with mucus. It is indicated for respiratory conditions where bronchospasm, mucous plugging, and difficulty in expectoration (coughing up mucus) coexist.
