Troponin I

Oscar Troponin-I test is intended used for qualitative detection of cardiac Troponin-I in human serum / plasma as in aid of diagnosis of cardiac attack. It is based upon lateral flow immuno assay and highly specific monoclonal /polyclonal antibodies to cTn-I have been used for coating on nitro cellulose membrane and colloidal gold conjugate in the test formulation to have better sensitivity and specificity.

Specimen of choice is serum / plasma and result can be obtained within 5-20 minutes.

Oscar Troponin-I test is available in 10T pack.

It has shelf life of 24 months from date of manufacturing if stored at 2-30 C under sealed conditions.

The test has excellent sensitivity and specificity with detection limit of 0.5ng/ml
