VRR 244® Bread Improver is a premium blend of enzymes and reducing agents which improves machinability of the dough and decreases the baking time required for Bread with low sugar content.

Manufactured using the best quality raw material and years of experience, VRR 244 ® is the right choice for your dough conditioning requirements. VRR 244 ® does not contain any Bromates.

Directions for Use:

Add 3%~4% of Flour weight.
