Caraway Seed

Our firm offers a high quality range of Caraway Seeds, which is a commerce fruit of a biennial herb. The plant on which these seeds grow has a fleshy root and slender branched stem that can achieve a height of upto 0.5 to 0.6 m. These plants have small white flowers that are in compound umbels. The ripe fruit splits into narrow elongated carpel, 4 to 6.5mm long, which is curved and pointed at ends with 5 longitudinal ridges on the surface. Eventually, the dried fruit is of brown color and has pleasant odor with sharp taste. The Seeds of Caraway are hard and sharp when touched.
