DescriptionCefuroxime is an antibiotic medicine that is used to treat bacterial infections of the lungs, nose, throat, ears, skin, soft tissue and urinary tract. This medicine is used alone or in combination with other medicines for treating bacterial infections. It is not effective against infections caused by viruses.
