Annadya Channa Sattu:Annadya Channa Sattu  is stone grounded and specially crafted by our woman farmer community from Bihar. Channa sattu is gluten free and made using pure desi chana. It has very high digestible protein. Sattu is a good source of thiamine and vitamin b-6. Thiamine is required for the conversion of food to energy whereas vitamin b-6 is essential for combining of the red blood cells and neurotransmitter serotonin, which generates mood and appetite.
