Stainless Steel De-Watering Vibrator Screens

•      Purpose: Final Separating Water & Foam from leaf / roots.   

•      Design: It has a table which can dewater lots of Tomato's and fruits at the same time. It is mainly used to dehydrate the Tomato's or fruits by using vibration system.

•      Construction: The main body will be fabricated with SS 304 G 2mm thk, Guides will be provided all along the feeding conveyor.  The structure base made up of SS 304 G 50x50x2mm thk square pipes and all technical specifications are as mentioned below.

•      Finish: Fabricated welded Joints ground smooth grinded and Polished to 150 matt finishes.

•      Certificate: Material & Pre-Inspection Test certificate shall be provided before dispatch in prescribed format.

•      Main Frame: MOC by M.S. Section & Pipe, covering S S 304 Sheet.

•      Control Panel: Switch & Controller for Conveyor Operations
