Enoxaparin Injection 60mg

Enoxaparin Injection 60mg is a clear, colorless to pale yellow solution for injection, containing:
- Active Ingredient: Enoxaparin Sodium 60mg- Inactive Ingredients: Water for injection, sodium hydroxide, and hydrochloric acid
Indications:
- Prevention of Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) in patients undergoing surgery or bedridden due to illness- Treatment of DVT and Pulmonary Embolism (PE)- Prevention of DVT and PE in patients with cancer or acute medical illness
Dosage:
- Prophylaxis: 40mg subcutaneously once daily (not 60mg)- Treatment: 1mg/kg subcutaneously twice daily or 1.5mg/kg once daily
Administration:
- Subcutaneous injection, with the needle inserted at a 45-degree angle
Precautions:
- Bleeding disorders or active bleeding- Concurrent use with other anticoagulants or platelet inhibitors- Monitor for signs of bleeding, thrombocytopenia, or osteoporosis
