• Individual servo driven Plate / stereo cylinder ensures easiness in register set up along with presetting.
• Individual servo driven Anilox cylinder ensures easiness in desire constant synchronise run along with plate anilox cylinder.
• Individual servo for Print ON / Positioning ensures easiness in alignment as well as position store job wise.
• Servo driven tension control for web handling ensures desire constant tension through out the run from max reel dia to min dia or vice versa
• Motorised web inspection system is provided ensures print inspection at either speed.

Individual foil/holgraphic unwind rewind unit is provided for offline register coating. (only 2 units)

• Heating system inlet suitable to Hot air generator air or thermic fluid heated air.
• Main drum and Outfeed drum is with facility for chilled water circulation (Water source is in customer scope).
• Motorized pneumatically operated ink circulating pumps on each station
• Aluminum made suspension type chambered doctor blade system
• Between colors air-drying system and final air-drying system on top bridge, each consists of frequency drive and blower.
