We set-up CLC PLANTS (STEAM & WATER CURING) ranging from 10m³ to 250m³ Production Capacities with

Very Less Investment and also in a Very Short Span.

Raw Materials:

Water Curing: Cement, Fly Ash, Foam & Water

Steam Curing: Cement, Fly Ash, Lime, Foam & Water.

Sand can be used if Fly-Ash is not available and the fineness of sand should be less than 0.2mm (Only in case of Water Curing)

Production Cost: This is generally in between Rs. 1700 – 2200 / m³ which include all the Raw Materials, Labour, Power & Overheads.

Market Price: This is generally in between Rs. 3000 – 4000 / m³ which Includes / Excludes Transportation & Taxes

Profit Margins: On an Average, there’s profit margin of Rs. 800 – 1000 / m³ and as per this calculations, Break-Even / ROI can be

achieved as less as 3 to 4 months. Even if we take only 50 – 60% efficiency, Break-Even / ROI can be achieved in 6 to 8 Months.

Curing: Bricks needs Curing and the options in CLC would be Steam Curing or Water Curing

Steam Curing Plants are generally suitable for Higher Production Requirements where investment is high (when compared with Water Curing),

Production Cost is Less, Labour is Less and Curing by Steam only for 8 Hours.

Water Curing Plants are generally suitable for Lesser Production Requirements, Start Up Ventures, Existing Brick, Tile & Paver Block Manufacturers, Builders, Young Entrepreneurs, where Investment is Less and Curing by Water for 2 Weeks.
