Gama Tex RDL

Our range of Gama Tex RDL is heavily used in textile industry for reprocessing and as a levelling agent for dyeing on cellulosic fibers. This product is known for effectively controlling the exhaustion of reactive dyes during the adsorption phase caused by effective dye distribution. Given below are the prominent features of this product:

• Has superior pH-regulating effect that ensures uniform fixation of the dyes during the alkali addition
• Sequesters, hardness-forming substances found in the works water, on the goods or even in electrolytes. (inbuilt sequesterent)
• Permits improvement of dyeing reproducibility
• It increases the solubility of the reactive dyes, thereby, maintaining the homogeneous dye bath in the dye cycle
• Appearance: Pale brown liquid with ammoniacal odour.
• Ionic: Anionic.
• pH of 1% solution: 6+/-1
• Application: RDL easily miscible in cold water
• Diluted solution can be added 50%directly to the dye liquor and 50% along with the dyes dissolution
• Application amount is practically independent of the dye concentration
• Widely recommended for addition of 0.5 - 1 g/l Gamatex RDL
• Increase the application amount 1g/l to 2 g/l Gamatex RDL in case of difficult dyeing conditions such as substrates
• Liquor ratio lower than 10:1 that is insufficiently precise in alkali metering
