'VICO' Glass Sheet Coaters are used in making Float Glass Mirrors through Aluminum evaporation under Vacuum. Our Sheet Glass Coater makes Glass Mirrors by pollution free process of Vacuum Metallizing on premium grade Float Glass Sheets of size up to 1220 x 1830 mm (4'x6') & 1220 x 2440 mm (4'x8') and Thickness of 2.0 mm to 12.0 mm.

Mirrors made from our Plant are free from the effect of natural atmospheric conditions, viz., Sun-light, Moisture, Temperature, Dust etc. and is tested for the withstanding nature of Mirror in out-door applications. Normal mirrors develop black patches and holes over a period of time; this reaction is much faster in coastal areas where air is very humid.

The Aluminum Coating has High Surface Reflection, an image seen in Vacuum Coated Mirrors appear brilliant, sparkling, clear and perfect and are unique for its improved optical quality.
