GRAVITY SEPARATOR

It is specially meant for upgrading of the product quality i.e. Seed/Grain etc. by separating the impurities on the basis of the difference in specific gravities which are otherwise of the same shape & size.The impurities which are of the same shape & size of the required quality product but having different specific gravity cannot be separated by Air Screen Seed Cleaner (Seed Graders), Length separators because these machines work on the principle of separation (grading) on the basis of difference in physical parameters like shape & size etc.

Fans are mounted on one common shaft. Quick and easy interchangeable deck assembly rests on four specially designed levers with bearing. All steel welded frame. Adjustable size and end inclination of the deck assembly. Adjustable deck speed, multiple fan system with independent air control for each fan, Adjustable air pressure. All these adjustments can be done while the machine is in operation.

 

Separate spouts with main body supported bag holding clamps at bagging off height for each separation i.e. Heaviest (stone and other heavy substances), Middlings, Lighter and lightest substances. RECTANGULAR shape of deck provides greater capacity and accuracy. Eccentrics are perfectly keyed and aligned on the shaft to avoid any unwanted vibration. Feed hopper is provided with feed control device.

The product, consisting of approximately equal sized grains/seeds/ particles, is gravity fed from the hopper to the deck. Oscillation speed, sidewise as well as lengthwise inclination of deck, air steam with air control pressure which is created by multi-fan system under the deck cause the grains/ particles to arrange themselves in layers of uniform specific weight. The lighter particles keep floating in the air cushion but with the oscillation speed they keep on moving towards lower edge of the deck where they are collected in the bag through spout. The heavier grains/particles donot float in the air cushion & thus will remain in contact with the deck
