Recipe:

• First of all to boil Ghee and fry Gum. Then fried Food Gum Aside. Then back wheat flour in Ghee until it colors to brown. Now add Turmeric powder and Hathi Katla Power and then mix it properly. Add Dry Coconut poweder, fried Gum and crushed Jaggery as per taste, until Jaggery milts and mix to other contents. Mold prepared katlu in a dish.
