Product Description
- Designed to manufacture medium viscosity paint, ink, chemical, adhesive and polymer.
- Suitable for dispersion (liquid/solid) or mixing (liquid/liquid) in a mobile or fixed tank.
- Power ranges up to 90kW.
- Designed for Hazardous Area or Safe Area application.
- For Hazardous Area application, the electrical components will be in compliance with ATEX Directive 94/9/EC, NEC Codes or Local Regulation.
- Safe and user-friendly operation as per Occupational Safety Regulator's requirement.
- Handles viscosity up to 25,000cP.
- Shaft and bearing are sized and tested to withstand torsional load and bending moment in heavy shock operation.
- Low noise and vibration free operation.
- Shaft is polished & ground finished to a very precise linearity.
- Centre of Gravity of head boom is balanced to increase seal and ram life span.
- Optional accessories i.e., tank clamp, torque switch, limit switch, tank cover, shaft guard, head boom turning mechanism, etc can be selected separately.
- Can be custom design & build to suit process requirement, site condition and dimension of the existing tanks.
