Industrial Peel Ply Fabric

Peel Ply Fabric is a synthetic release fabric used in composite manufacturing and vacuum bagging processes. It is placed on the surface of a laminate during the curing process and peeled off after the resin has cured. This leaves a clean, textured surface that is ideal for secondary bonding or painting without additional surface preparation.

Peel Ply is commonly made from nylon or polyester fibers and is compatible with most resin systems such as epoxy, polyester, and vinyl ester resins. It does not bond permanently with the resin, allowing it to be easily removed after curing.
