1 medium size carrot, 2 medium size potato, 1 bowl cauliflower, 1 bowl green peas, 1 bowl French beans, 2 onions (1 chopped and 1 sliced), 1 big size tomato, half bowl oil (40 ml), half bowl shredded dry coconut (approx.. 30g), 8-10 garlic cloves, half inch ginger, add entire packet Prakash Veg Kolhapuri Masala, one and half cup water (250ml) and salt to taste. Method for preparation for Mix Veg:
1. Add all cut vegetables in water and cook for 5 mins.
2. Heat oil in pan add above paste, add 1 chopped onion and tomato, cook till oil separates. Add entire packet of Prakash Veg Kolhapuri Masala cook for 1 min. and add all cooked vegetables. Stir properly.
3. Add one and half cup of water, cook for 10 mins with cover on low flame, serve hot with chapatti.
