Numerical relay development environment system
Technical specifications:
Numerical Relay Development Test Bench abilities
- Implement and test any relay algorithm for applicability in real time environment.
- Take input from software simulated data to have any simulated condition.
- Carry out research.
- Use for simulation of COMTRADE file generated by relay in field.
- Perform the simulation of the developed and coded Relay Algorithm, uploaded through NRDE Setup using RS232 port
- Program the LCD Display, Soft push buttons and Status Indicator LED using RS232 port, provided for data exchange
- Generate the required Voltage and Current Waveform using Computer software and DAC Card provided. The same has to be fed into NRDE Main unit using 8 Analog input channels provided based on the requirements.
- Show the relay operation for respective algorithm and analog inputs using the LCD Display and LED Status indicators.
- Give a stopping input signal using NRDE Relay trip command.
- Fetch digital input to take external trigger command if required by the algorithm.
