a) GST @ 12% IGST for Drug Compositions and 18% IGST for Food Compositions in interstate Sale

b) GST @ 6% SGST + 6% CGST for Drug Compositions and 9% SGST + 9% CGST for Food Compositions in Local Sale

Ø MISCELLANEOUS

a) Freight will be borne by Consignee Party.

b) No Breakage & no Expiry will be acceptable.

c) We will not entertain any complaint from Doctors and Hospitals.

d) Sample from Finished Goods can be tested in any NABL Certified Lab, if that report mismatch the standard Quality then Lexmark will replace the same within 60days.

e) The entire jurisdictions are subject to Gujarat Jurisdiction.
