Red Capsicum Powder

Red Bell Peppers (Capsicum) are washed, trimmed, cut and dehydrated. Capsicum will re-hydrate to double in size in cool water. They can be used in any recipe where raw capsicum is required. They add flavour and colour to dishes like stir fries, noodles and curries. They can be sautéed and added to salsa, salads or quiches. They are ideal when added to pasta, casseroles, soups and meatloaf. Bell peppers are also good sources of fibre, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. For a long shelf life they should be stored in a cool, dry place
