Registration Under Legal Metrology

·         E-Form 32/ DIR 12 of the all the Directors or incase of partnership firm and list of partners on the letterhead of the firm, signed by each partner;

·         Certified true copy of Board Resolution or authorization letter, in case of partnership firm, in favour of above authorized signatory.

·         Packing material/ Slip/ Sticker/ Label which is being pasted on the packages (in original);

·         Name of the commodities import and/ or packed;

·         Address of units along with their address proof; and

·         Application should be on letterhead of company/firm
