Rotary shaking Incubator having clear working platform 30"X40"and clear working depth of the chamber 16" above platform and 12" addition front top viewing window. The platform to accommodate 48Nos 500ml.Flask driven by perm anent magnet D.C. motor in conjugation with gear mechanism having step less controllable speed of 10 R.PM to 140 RPM equals to 20 to 300 oscillation. The heating by air heater with forced, Air circulation for uniform temp through-out the chamber and controlled by P.D. controller with digital display.

Construction:

Inner Chamber dimension :44"X 42" X 32" depth. Having front and top open able glass door. This facilities easy loading and unloading of the flask and the visibility of the process functioning .Inside is illuminated with lamp operable as on when required.

Outer Chamber Dimension :48" X 46 having approximate height of 46" Thermally insulated.

CONSTRUCTION:

Outer chamber made of Mild Steel Sheet painted.

Inner chamber made of stainless steel.

Cooling is effectd by means of mechanical refrigeration comprised hermetically sealed compressor, Condenser, Evaporator etc. The inner chamber is insulated by means of Thermocole foam and glass wool for best efficiency.

Air circulation is provided by means of heavy duty blower driven by FHP motor.

Both heating coils and cooling coils are kept in the air circulation duct.

Trays are made of S.S. perforated.

Temperature is controlled by an electronic digital temperature controller with digital display.

Control panel consists of temperature controller, operating switches, safety fuse, indicating lamps.

Supplied with 3 core cable, 2 mtr. length, with 15A plug top.
