NEW AMARJIT MECHANICAL WORKS  is featured by its high efficiency , flawless werk , smooth and precision finished throughout. All the bearing surfaces of frame  Ram , Slide etc are hand scrapped to ensure accurate alignments.

Shaper body it is extra sturdy , strong ridded for rigidity . The prism arm slides are exceptionally wide . correct design and proper weight distribution obviate vibration

The rocking Arm is provided with gun metal Gutka

The lead screw and the telescopic gear shaft are both provided with taper roller , ball , thrust bearing to ensure light and easy movements.

Table is accurately machined having T slot on the top and side surfaces the table can be universal at any angle around  an accurately graduated circular disc. It is supported on a stand to help bear extreme thrusts.

Drive : Cone Pully Drive , Geared Drive .

Lubrication : We provide two lubrication oil pump to our shaper . The oil tank of CI Casting is fixed to base . One provided in main body , Gear and Rocking Arms parts and other provided to hand  operate Ram part
