Solid Waste Incinerators

We are a well-known name in offering an extensive range of Solid Waste Incinerators. The temperature in the loading chamber is maintained 750 degree celcius, unlikely in automatic gas burners in which temperature is up to 850°C. In the second chamber, the temperature is maintained at 1050°C by separate fuel fired automatic burner. Available in stationary or rotary state (which depends on sold waste and its quantum), this range is operated at minimum 850 C in primary chamber and 1050 C in secondary chamber.

Mode of operation:

• These incinerated solid waste and product of combustion are passed via different flue gas temp diluter, cyclone separator and wet scrubbing system
• Discharged gas will be pollution controlled within norms of GPCB for SO2, NOX, HCL and SPM
• Incinerator is refractory conformed and supported with cera wool or with insulating bricks
• Temperature controller in both primary and secondary chambers are provided to control required combustion
• Burners are fully automatic and operate on temp of the system
• Rotary Incinerators are driven by reduction gear arrangement which fully maintain the contact time between flues and material
• From one end material is loaded and at other end ashes are collected.
