Sweet Whey Powder - 25 Kgs

Sweet Whey Powder is a product derived from the cheese-making process, offering a source of whey proteins, lactose, and essential minerals. It's produced by drying pasteurized sweet whey into a powder. 

The liquid whey comes from own production of semi hard cheese. In the cheese making process only microbial rennet is being used. The whey is subjected to a mechanical and thermal concentration process before being spray-dried and packaged (CCP4 metal check: Fe <2.0 mm, Non-Fe <2.5 mm, SS <2.5 mm).

Product for further processing, it is a semi-finished product. The product is not validated for use in infant formula, follow-on formula or dietary foods for special medical purposes. User requires validation of ingredients for desired use. The packaging is not suitable for reuse.
