Details:
The set-up consists of a glass column packed with packing material i.e. Rasching rings, SS mesh to support the packing and with calming section. Pressure drop across packed bed can be measured by a manometer. The apparatus is close circuit type provided with tank, pump, necessary piping, valves and rotameter to measure the flow rate of fluid. The set-up is fitted on a MS frame and painted with good quality corrosion resistant paint.
