We have a capacity to manufacture up to Twenty Five Lakh parts per month. Ranging from 10 T to 100 T, we have 10 Powder Compacting Presses, two furnaces and 6 sizing presses. Other facilities required to manufacture sintered parts like Vibro, Oiling & packing, Testing equipments and instruments are also available. We also have machining facilities in which we arrange machining for our parts or completely machined components like Air nipple, plunger shaft, etc.
While our focus is mainly automobile parts, we do manufacturing of parts as per customer drawing or samples. We have developed several components.

While we are primarily manufacturing sintered components, our main interest lies in conversion of parts from conventional manufacturing like Forging and casting to sintered components wherever possible. Forging and Casting products require lot of machining which might make parts costlier. During development stage people go for machined components as there is Tooling cost involved in other processes. But as the quantity/volume increases, it remains machined because no body has thought to change it. If you have such parts, you can send us drawing on our email id psintered@gmail.com. Our customer used to make some parts in Zamak (Mazak) casting. After few iterations, we converted the parts into Sintered iron parts. Our other customer used to take Bar route for manufacturing Helical gears. Previously, the processes were turning, milling, parting, chamfering, etc. and then it was ready for Gear cutting. Now, we give him blank which he can directly use for Gear Cutting. Total cycle time, cost has reduced in both the cases.
