Founded by Late Mr. Shivlalalji Biyani and Mr. Kanhaiyalalji Biyani as M/s Sadaram Shivlal Biyani & Company in year 1937 and Biyani Oil Mill, Pusad in 1953; the business got recognition as most trusted brand in the region. The second and third generation talent in the family took the business group to new heights every decade. Now the group comprises of four state of the art pulses manufacturing units with total capacity exceeding 250 tons per day. The group is also involved in directed purchase from farmers through Agricultural Produce Market Committee.

The group and its management is actively involved in the social and community activities with significant contribution to financial and other social institutions, helping the society and specifically farming community.

Already ventured into retail business. Started with one supermarket "Biyani Foods", with plans to expand the retail arm exponentially in next 3 to 5 years.

The group has very ambitious plans to expand our business to cater to all the segments of customers worldwide for all their needs in agri commodities.
